Grand Promenade

Grand Promenade is a residential complex in Sai Wan Ho comprising five interconnected towers with three main structures rising approximately 200 meters. The buildings contain many housing units spread across numerous floors throughout the site.

This development was completed in 2005 on land where a ferry terminal once stood. The project transformed the district's infrastructure and how the waterfront area functions.
