Located at Karl-Marx-Straße 97-99, the structure now houses 17,000 square meters of mixed-use space for offices, retail, dining, and residential purposes.
The development maintains the original telephone exchange while incorporating modern apartments, organic supermarket, and social service facilities under one roof.
