Archäologisches Hegau-Museum

The Archaeological Hegau Museum occupies eleven exhibition rooms on the first floor of Singen Castle, displaying artifacts from the region's past.

Albert Funk, a local pharmacist, initiated the preservation of archaeological findings in 1925, leading to the museum's establishment in 1951.

The exhibition presents evidence of human settlements in the Hegau region spanning 16,000 years, from the Ice Age through medieval times.
