Deutsches Traktoren- und Modellauto-Museum, Tractor and model car museum in Paderborn, Germany.
Deutsches Traktoren- und Modellauto-Museum is a place where over 100 historical tractors and miniature car models are on display. The collection features well-known brands like MAN, Lanz Bulldog, Ford, Hanomag, Deutz, Eicher, and Schlüter, showing how farming and transportation machines evolved.
The collection started in the 1940s when Oskar Vogel Senior began gathering old tractors and vehicles. His son Oskar Vogel Junior continued the work and expanded the exhibition after his father died in 1993.
The museum shows how farming changed when machines arrived and how people worked with simple tools for centuries. Visitors can see an old forge and an original gas station that reveal what daily rural life looked like.
The museum is open Friday through Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00 and offers wheelchair access. Guided tours can be arranged in advance for larger groups.
The collection includes a rare Lanz-Bulldog FHD 38 'Felddank', with only two examples remaining in the world. This tractor was made in a very limited run of just 200 units, making it a special treasure.
