Döringsburg is a castle in Biedenkopf in the Hessian highlands, situated at about 315 meters in elevation. Only ruins remain today, showing the foundations and walls that date back to the Middle Ages.
The castle was first mentioned in 1365 and belonged to the von Döring family, who received a feudal land grant in Biedenkopf in 1430. The building burned down in 1635 and was never rebuilt.
