Schloss Sinzig, Neo-Gothic castle in Sinzig, Germany.
The castle features medieval foundations, a prominent tower room, and landscaped grounds designed by architect Josef August Lenné, creating an expansive estate.
Built between 1854 and 1858 by Gustav Otto Bunge and Adele Bunge on the site of a former water castle destroyed by French forces.
The castle museum displays regional artifacts and hosts concerts in its former salon, preserving local traditions through educational exhibitions.
The castle welcomes visitors on Saturdays and Sundays from 2 PM to 5 PM in winter, with extended hours from 11 AM to 5 PM in summer.
The tower room, restored in 2004, functions as a venue for civil ceremonies, while Carl Christian Andreae of the Nazarene School created the interior paintings.
