Schloss Rittershain, Château in Cornberg, Germany

The castle structure features architectural elements from the Jugendstil period, with a harmonious integration into the surrounding park landscape of Rockensüß.

Baron Hermann von Biedenfeld constructed the initial building in 1843, followed by substantial modifications and expansions during 1910 and 1911.

The Austrian artist Motron A. Havelka incorporated the castle grounds into his nature art trail, connecting artistic expression with historical architecture.

The property remains under private ownership, requiring visitors to observe posted access restrictions and maintain appropriate distance from residential areas.

The castle grounds integrate into Mercator's 1592 map, marking the location of an ancient estate managed by the Biedenfeld family.
