The Vogteihaus stands as a two-story rubble stone structure with one-story additions on both narrow sides and a steep hipped roof.
Built in 1700, the Vogteihaus served as the residence and administrative office of Johann Pollmann, the bailiff of the historical Gimborn-Neustadt domain.
The main entrance features a Latin inscription 'INHABITAMUS UT EMIGREMUS', reflecting the temporal nature of human dwelling through its translation.
The building includes 380 square meters of renovated space, with ground floor rooms designated for weddings, exhibitions, and small events.
Iron anchors on the facade display the construction year 1700, while the building contains a baroque staircase with original balusters.
