Schloss Fürstlich Drehna

Schloss Fürstlich Drehna is a water castle built on an island with four connected wings and Renaissance-style architecture. Defensive walls surround the structure, and today it operates as a hotel with restaurants and cafes set within the surrounding parkland.

First documented in 1301, the castle underwent major transformations in the 16th century when three separate structures merged into one building with four wings. This consolidation established the form we see today.
