Platja de la Nova Mar Bella

Platja de la Nova Mar Bella is an urban beach in the Sant Martí district that extends along the Mediterranean coast and is protected by two breakwaters. The beach offers soft sand and accessible facilities including wooden walkways and equipment for people with reduced mobility.

The beach was created in the 1990s when Barcelona transformed its coastal areas for the Olympic Games. Former industrial land was converted into a recreation space for neighborhood residents.
