Jardín histórico de La Cónsula, Historic subtropical garden in Churriana, Málaga, Spain.
The garden spans 12.5 hectares and contains over 700 specimens from more than 100 plant species, including tropical palms and jacarandas.
In 1807, Prussian consul Juan Roose Kupckovius initiated the construction of the building and garden, which later flourished under Enrique Heredia Livermore's ownership.
Ernest Hemingway visited La Cónsula in 1959 and wrote a report that influenced his novel 'The Dangerous Summer' during his stay.
The garden functions as the headquarters of the Málaga School of Hospitality since 1993, offering educational tours and seasonal activities.
The property features a colonial-style palace with rectangular layout, central courtyard, and white marble Tuscan columns adorning its facades.
