Binissafullet, Archaeological site in Sant Lluís, Spain.
Binissafullet is an archaeological site on Menorca with several ancient stone structures arranged across the ground. These include a talayot tower, a taula enclosure, a hypostyle hall, residential buildings, and storage chambers.
The settlement began during the early Iron Age and reached its peak between the 4th and 3rd centuries BC. This development shows how the location grew more important over several hundred years.
Pottery shards found here, especially Punic amphorae, suggest this was a place where trade and communal meals happened. Animal remains show that meat and wine held significance in how people lived and gathered together.
You can reach the site via the Me-10 road around kilometer 2.3, near where the road connects Sant Lluís to the nearby residential area. The location is fairly accessible with an open approach to explore the ancient structures.
The taula monument here stands out on Menorca because it was built with a base and restored to stand upright. This makes it a rare example of its kind found on the island.
