Platja de la Calalga

Platja de la Calalga is a Mediterranean beach in Calpe that stretches approximately 120 meters and blends golden sand areas with natural rock outcrops. The water laps against dark boulders and stone formations that define the shoreline.

The beach was once a working harbor where local fishermen launched their boats before the region's tourism boom transformed the area. The shift from fishing activities to a leisure destination happened gradually over decades.
