Caló des Màrmols

Caló des Màrmols is a white sand beach on Mallorca's southeastern coast, tucked into a small cove formed by limestone cliffs that rise directly from the water. The shallow waters near shore gradually deepen, offering space for swimming in a protected setting.

The coastal cliffs took shape over vast stretches of time as water and weather eroded the limestone bedrock into the forms seen today. The cove itself represents how natural forces have carved protective passages along Mallorca's southeastern shore.

The name refers to the marble-like stones found along the shore, reflecting how locals recognize and value this particular coastal spot. Today it remains a place where people come to experience untouched nature away from busier beaches.

You can reach the beach by hiking coastal paths from the nearest parking area or by arriving by boat, with the walking route taking roughly an hour. There are no facilities here, so bring water and food with you, and plan to leave before sunset since the trails can be hard to follow in darkness.
