Tour La Marseillaise rises 136 meters into the sky with 31 floors and features a facade decorated in shades of red, white, and blue.
The construction of this modern office tower began in 2014 under the direction of architect Jean Nouvel and officially opened its doors in October 2018.
The building's name and tricolor facade design pay tribute to the French national anthem and represent the colors of the national flag.
The structure contains 35,000 square meters of office space and includes ground-floor facilities such as shops, a cafeteria, and a childcare center.
The exterior incorporates 26 different color variations that reflect the Mediterranean environment and create distinct patterns throughout the day.
