Centrum Tekstylne, Commercial high-rise building in Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv, Israel.

Centrum Tekstylne is a 79-meter high-rise with 20 floors located on Kaufmann Street in western Tel Aviv. The structure consists of three pairs of towers that share a common base, creating a distinctive architectural composition.

Construction of the building began in 1972 as part of a large-scale urban development plan for the area. This project emerged from changes in how the city redefined connections between its different neighborhoods.

The building hosts textile and fashion exhibitions that reflect how Tel Aviv transformed its industrial past into contemporary commercial spaces. You can see this transformation by visiting the exhibition areas and observing how the location connects the city's heritage with its modern identity.

The building is located on Kaufmann Street with easy access to buses and light rail connections nearby. The location near established business areas and hotels makes it straightforward to reach and well-connected for visitors.

The building was designed by architects Amnon Niv and Amnon Schwartz with a carefully considered pairing of tower structures. This architectural approach was innovative for its time and remains an interesting example of modern design thinking in Tel Aviv.
