Tolentini

San Nicola da Tolentino is a church in Venice's Santa Croce district featuring a free-standing columned portico in the Corinthian style. The brick building combines Renaissance and Neoclassical design elements throughout its structure.

Construction of the church began around 1590 and extended over more than a century under the direction of notable architects. This extended building period allowed different architectural styles to merge into the final structure.
