Church of Santa Maria della Pace

The Church of Santa Maria della Pace is a Baroque building in central Brescia featuring pink marble columns with Corinthian capitals, statues of the apostles, and a central dome designed by Venetian architect Giorgio Massari. The structure combines classical proportions with ornate decorative elements throughout.

Construction began in 1720 under the oversight of the Oratorian order and was completed in 1746. This extended building period allowed for careful and detailed completion of the interior design.
