The Museo del Risorgimento displays artifacts and documents that illustrate the process of Italian unification through exhibits spanning 427 square meters.
Established in 1898, this museum preserves the memory of the Risorgimento period when separate Italian states united to form the Kingdom of Italy in 1861.
The collection contains 150 items related to influential figures like King Victor Emmanuel II, Giuseppe Garibaldi, and Count Camillo Benso di Cavour.
From November to March, visitors can explore the museum Tuesday through Saturday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, then 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The museum recorded different visitor numbers across recent years, with 3,644 people in 2019, dropping to 1,757 in 2020, then rising to 2,843 in 2021.
