Zenpukujigawa Green Park, Metropolitan park in Suginami-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
Zenpukujigawa Green Park extends along 1.5 kilometers of riverside land, featuring walking paths, playgrounds, and recreational spaces for outdoor activities.
The park opened on August 1, 1964, during a period of major infrastructure development in Tokyo leading up to the Olympic Games that year.
The park hosts numerous local events throughout the year, serving as a central gathering point for residents of the Suginami district.
Visitors can reach the park by taking the Sugimaru community bus from Asagaya Station or walking from Minami-Asagaya Station through neighborhood streets.
Four hundred cherry trees line the Zenpukuji River within the park, making it a principal cherry blossom viewing location west of Tokyo's Yamanote Line.
