Zenpukujigawa Green Park

Zenpukujigawa Green Park stretches along a river corridor with walking paths, playgrounds, and open spaces designed for various outdoor activities. The grounds combine green fields with direct access to the river valley, creating an extended park space that runs through multiple neighborhoods.

The park was established in 1964 as Tokyo prepared for the Olympic Games and undertook major infrastructure projects. Its creation was part of an urban renewal plan that provided growing neighborhoods with open recreational spaces during a period of rapid city expansion.
