Okazaki Civic Hall is a performance venue with two main halls: Aoi Hall seating 1,100 people and Kazan Hall accommodating 300 guests. The building also contains six rehearsal rooms and traditional Japanese-style spaces for specialized events.

The venue opened in 1967 and underwent major renovations in 2016 to modernize its facilities. This extensive upgrade improved accessibility throughout the building and updated the infrastructure.

The hall presents classical concerts, film competitions, and traditional Japanese performances throughout the year. These events reflect the community's connection to both contemporary and classical arts.

The facility provides 265 free parking spaces and sits within a short walk from Higashi-Okazaki Station. Bus connections are available for those preferring not to walk.

The building houses traditional Japanese-style rooms with tatami mats that enable specialized events and gatherings. These authentic spaces preserve a classic element of Japanese design alongside modern performance technology.
