Hekinan City Rinkai Park

The park extends along the Kinuura Bay with grassy fields, walking paths, and designated rest areas for outdoor gatherings.

Inaugurated in March 2009, the park transformed a former pool site into a public space that serves the Hekinan community.

Visitors can access indoor play areas during rain, while summer activities include a fountain pool for water recreation.

The Hekinoyama mound within the park provides slopes where children participate in sliding activities throughout the seasons.
