Kannon Falls

Kannon Falls drops 45 meters with a width of about 10 meters, with water flowing in stages over moss-covered rock formations. The landscape around the waterfall shows steep wooded slopes with varied rock types and plant life.

The waterfall was added to Japan's list of 100 notable waterfalls following a national survey. This recognition gave it special status as a protected natural site of regional importance.
