Kanazawa Forus, Fashion center near Kanazawa Station, Japan
Kanazawa Forus is a shopping building near Kanazawa Station with seven floors and around 190 retail spaces. These spaces offer clothing, accessories, cosmetics, and a cinema complex with multiple halls.
This shopping center opened in late 2006 and changed the retail landscape on the eastern side of the station area. A major renovation between 2021 and 2022 brought new brands and refreshed stores.
The sixth floor houses restaurants serving Japanese cuisine, including traditional sushi establishments from the Noto region and dishes made with local ingredients.
The building is easy to reach from the station and has plenty of parking for visitors with cars. Most stores are open in the afternoon and evening, while restaurants stay open later.
The cinema here is an uncommon feature in the area, allowing visitors to catch a film while shopping. The combination of retail and entertainment makes it a complete destination for an afternoon or evening.
