Kagamiyama stable, Sumo stable in Shin-Koiwa, Tokyo, Japan
The training facility contained living quarters and practice areas where wrestlers developed their skills through daily sessions under professional supervision.
Founded in November 1970 by former yokozuna Kashiwado, the stable operated until July 2021 when it merged with Isenoumi stable.
Wrestlers at this establishment traditionally incorporated the character 竜 (dragon) into their ring names to honor their coach, the former sekiwake Tagaryu.
Located at Shin-Koiwa 3-28-21 in Katsushika Ward, the facility stood within a 15-minute walking distance from Shin-Koiwa Station.
For several years before its closure, this stable maintained only two active wrestlers, including the owner's son Ryusei, making it the smallest in Japan.
