Itabashi Azusawa Gymnasium is a public indoor sports hall in the Azusawa district of Itabashi ward, Tokyo. Its indoor stadium covers 1,315 square metres and can be set up for two six-a-side volleyball courts, two basketball courts or six badminton courts. A 2009 renovation added a training room, meeting rooms and a fitness studio.

The gymnasium opened in 1968, making it one of the older public sports facilities in northern Tokyo. Over the following decades it grew into a regular venue for regional competitions.

The gym hosted the Women's Wrestling World Cup Tokyo tournament on 15–16 March 2014. It was also one of the home arenas of Tokyo Excellence, the men's basketball club in the B.League; the team moved its home arena to Yokohama Budokan in 2021 because the building did not meet B2 license requirements.

The gym can be reached by bus from JR Akabane Station or on foot from Shimurasakaue Station on the Toei Mita Line. If you are visiting for the first time, plan a few extra minutes to find the entrance once you arrive in the area.

Tokyo Excellence, the B.League basketball club, used the gym as one of its home arenas, but the building did not meet B2 licence requirements, so in 2021 the team moved its home arena to the Yokohama Budokan.
