The Alpen Marunouchi Tower is a high-rise corporate building in Marunouchi 2-chome, Naka-ku, Nagoya, erected by the sporting goods retailer Alpen on the site of a former Tonami Transport Nagoya office. It concentrates Alpen group headquarters, including Japana and Kissmark Japan, and also leases space to outside firms such as the housing-equipment maker Nasluck. Landscaping at the entrance and the roof gardens on the 2nd and 3rd floors were designed by Kenji Okada's studio Tabula Rasa.

Alpen built the tower on the site of the former Tonami Transport Nagoya office to consolidate its head-office functions. The sports retailer occupies the building with group companies such as Japana and Kissmark Japan, while space is also leased to outside firms, among them the housing-equipment maker Naslac. The landscape designer Norihisa Okada and his studio Tabula Rasa designed the planting at the entrance and the roof gardens on the second and third floors.

The ground-floor lobby displays a piano signed by singer-songwriter Kohmi Hirose, whose hit "Romance no Kamisama" became Alpen's commercial song. Hirose has visited and performed live there, drawing general visitors to a building otherwise used mainly by fitness club members and tenants such as Nasurec and Japana.

The tower is well connected to transportation networks in Naka-ku and easy to locate from main streets. Its central position makes it a convenient reference point for navigating the area.

The tower's natural frequency matches the seismic period common in this area, so it uses a damping system combining viscous dampers and mass dampers. The entrance planting and the roof gardens on the 2nd and 3rd floors were designed by landscape architect Norihisa Okada's studio Tabula Rasa.
