The Minato Mirai Grand Central Tower is an office building in Yokohama's commercial district, distinguished by smooth glass surfaces and clear modern design. The structure spans multiple floors and integrates workspace with retail spaces in a single complex.

Developed by Marubeni and Mitsubishi Corporation through the MM42 special purpose company, the tower was completed around September 2011 but stood fenced and unused until its formal opening in January 2012. Chiyoda Corporation moved its global headquarters into floors 8–25 in June 2012, consolidating offices previously scattered across Yokohama and Kawasaki. The retail and dining area MM Terrace opened in April 2012.

The ground and first two floors hold the MM Terrace, a retail and dining area whose exterior was refitted with wood-grain panels in 2023. It houses a Komeda coffee shop, a Famima convenience store, a hair salon and the Youth Theatre Japan studio. Along the Grand Mall Axis the building opens onto the Ho no Hiroba plaza and the Green Theater, where events are held.

The building links multiple levels of office space easily reachable through local transportation networks. Visitors find shops and restaurants around the base that provide direct access and allow breaks during exploration.

The tower was finished around September 2011 but stood empty behind fencing for months; it only formally opened in January 2012. The following year, the ground-floor MM Terrace hosted an open-air café as part of the Soft Café Minato Mirai programme launched in September 2013.
