The Japan Spinning Top Museum contains a vast collection of 20,000 spinning tops from Japan and 60 other countries across the globe.
The museum displays traditional toys and household items for children dating back to the Edo period between 1603 and 1868.
The collection features numerous koma, traditional Japanese spinning tops made from wood and bamboo, reflecting regional craftsmanship throughout Japan.
Located at 4-7-2 Nakanoshima-dori, visitors can reach the museum by taking exit 3 at Tsukijiguchi Station and walking one kilometer across Nakagawa-bashi bridge.
Staff members demonstrate spinning techniques for visitors, allowing hands-on experience with the extensive collection of traditional spinning tops.
