Kannonzaki Park is a scenic park at the northeastern tip of Miura Peninsula, spanning tens of hectares with coastal paths and walking trails alongside the Uraga Channel. The grounds include an art museum, nature museum, and recreation areas for visitors of all ages.
This location once served as a military fortress protecting Tokyo Bay and was transformed into a public park after World War II. The conversion took place in the 1970s, opening the grounds to the public.
