Shinagawa Season Terrace is a modern skyscraper in Kōnan standing approximately 144 meters high. The building features an artificial pond and green plaza on its second floor, connecting urban architecture with natural elements.
The building was developed starting in 2012 by NTT Group and opened to the public on May 28, 2015. Its construction marked an important expansion of modern infrastructure in the district.
The site hosts art exhibitions and community projects that display contemporary Japanese artistic work and social initiatives. Visitors can discover local creative expressions that shape the cultural life of the area.
The building sits about six minutes from JR Shinagawa Station using the Konan Exit and welcomes visitors daily. Access is free of charge and the premises remain open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
The building is surrounded by illuminated trees around its artificial pond, offering night views of Tokyo Tower from the site. This lighting design creates a special effect for evening visitors exploring the grounds.
