Keidanren Kaikan

Keidanren Kaikan is a modern skyscraper with 23 floors and four underground levels that serves as headquarters for Japan's business federation. The building houses conference rooms, restaurants, shops, and parking facilities designed for employees and visitors.

The original building was completed in 1966 but was fully replaced with a new structure completed in 2009 to meet modern needs. This reconstruction was part of a broader urban renewal effort in the Ōtemachi district.

This building serves as a meeting place for Japan's most influential business leaders and where major economic decisions take shape. You can sense the significance of what happens here by observing the constant flow of executives moving through the halls and conference areas.

The building is located in central Tokyo and is easily accessible by public transportation. Keep in mind this is a working business center, so it will be busier during typical office hours.

The interior has no supporting columns, creating large open spaces supported by reinforced concrete elements. An owl statue decorates the exterior and can be spotted by visitors passing by.
