青柳寺

Seiryuji is a Buddhist temple featuring a primary hall dedicated to Buddha and meditation spaces arranged around traditional Japanese gardens. The complex sits within walking distance of Machida Station and includes facilities for memorial services and a cemetery, with parking for approximately 60 vehicles.

The temple was founded in 1583 by Shibuya Echigo no Kami Yoshishige following a divine message received in a dream during the Tensho period. Over time, the site developed into an important gathering place for the local community.
