The park features multiple playgrounds, slides, swings, and infant play areas spread across its grounds overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The park was redeveloped with expanded parking facilities, increasing capacity from 20 to 40 vehicles to accommodate growing visitor numbers.

The park integrates local elements through the Tosagon-themed play equipment, which includes 18 different play functions representing regional identity.

Opening hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with accessible restrooms, baby changing facilities, and parking space for 30 vehicles.

The centerpiece attraction is the largest inflatable dome in Kochi Prefecture, covering an area of 122 square meters.
