Chihaya Enchi

The park spans across elevated terrain at 1,050 meters, featuring multiple walking trails through dense vegetation and observation points overlooking Osaka Prefecture.

Established in 1984 to mark 100 years of public governance, the park stands as part of the Kongo-Ishikawa-Kisen National Park conservation initiative.

The Chihaya Stars and Nature Museum within the park offers astronomy observations and educational programs about regional flora, fauna, and celestial phenomena.

Visitors can access the park via Nankai or Kintetsu lines to Kawachinagano Station, followed by a Nankai bus ride and a 70-minute hike.

The temperature at Chihaya Enchi remains consistently 6 degrees Celsius lower than surrounding urban areas, creating winter ice formations at this highest point in Osaka.
