Parks in Tamba, Hyogo

Parks in Tamba are public recreation grounds located in an inland basin about 100 meters above sea level, positioned between the Kako River and Yura River. The spaces feature open lawns, wooded sections, and cultivated garden areas that make up the overall landscape.

The areas contain several burial mounds from the Kofun period, preserving archaeological traces of ancient Japanese settlements. These monuments show that the region has been inhabited for at least 1500 years.
