Chuncheon National Museum

The museum contains permanent exhibition halls displaying archaeological discoveries, traditional crafts, and contemporary artworks representing the Gangwon region.

Established in 2002, the Chuncheon National Museum emerged as a central institution for preserving artifacts and historical records from the Gangwon province.

The exhibition spaces present collections of traditional Korean artworks, regional artifacts, and archaeological findings that demonstrate local artistic development through centuries.

Located at 70 Useok-ro, the museum opens daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering free admission and guided tours in multiple languages.

The museum building incorporates architectural elements that reflect the natural landscape of Chuncheon, with exhibition spaces arranged across multiple interconnected levels.
