St Anne's Chapel, Qrendi, Religious chapel in Qrendi, Malta
The chapel features a facade with two side windows, a main entrance window, and a small belfry housing a bell for religious services.
Giovanni Schembri constructed this chapel in 1565 as a testament to his vow during the Great Siege of Malta by Turkish forces.
The interior contains three altars, with the main one dedicated to Saint Anne, displaying a painting of the Virgin Mary with baby Jesus.
The chapel maintains limited access hours and requires visitors to contact local parish authorities for scheduling visits or special ceremonies.
A wooden choral gallery above the main door remains accessible only through a trap door and ladder system within the chapel structure.
