Setia Sky 88

Setia Sky 88 is a residential complex in Johor Bahru with three towers named Altus, Sora, and Nube that house 659 apartments in total. The buildings feature modern finishes and spacious floor plans, with amenities including swimming pools and fitness centers throughout the grounds.

The project was developed as part of the Iskandar Malaysia corridor initiative and marks a turning point in Johor Bahru's urban growth. It represents the city's shift toward modern development and increased investment in residential infrastructure.

The towers draw names from Latin, Japanese, and Spanish languages, reflecting how the complex looks toward different parts of the world in its design. This multilingual approach shows how Johor Bahru has become a place where different cultures naturally come together.

The complex is located near the CIQ Causeway Link with convenient access toward Singapore and includes various facilities within walking distance. The area has good transportation connections, making it easy to explore the surroundings on foot or by car.

Each floor holds only four to eight units, which is unusually low for a tall building and creates exceptional privacy. The sky courts and gardens positioned above the ground provide open space while allowing views across the city.
