Bridgetowne, Mixed-use development in Metro Manila, Philippines
Bridgetowne is a 30-hectare mixed-use township that brings together residential towers, office buildings, shops, and recreation zones along the Marikina River banks. A 200-meter arch bridge connects the two main sections and provides direct access between C-5 Road and Amang Rodriguez Avenue.
The project started in 2011 when an eight-hectare industrial property in Quezon City was purchased for redevelopment. This initial acquisition has since grown into a much larger integrated township that spans across the Marikina River.
A 55-meter steel statue called The Victor by Filipino-American artist Jefrë stands as a focal point throughout the site. The figure becomes a natural gathering point where visitors pause and reflect on the artistic identity woven into the daily landscape.
The site is accessible via C-5 Road and Amang Rodriguez Avenue, with the bridge providing convenient crossing points between the two sections. Visiting during morning hours gives you more space to walk and explore the various zones without crowds.
A dedicated sports venue for the University Athletic Association of the Philippines will open in 2027, bringing major collegiate competition to the riverside location. This new facility will transform the area into a gathering point for student athletes from across the country.
