Praga Koneser Center

The Praga Koneser Center is a former spirits factory in Warsaw's Praga district now housing residences, offices, restaurants, and cultural spaces. The historic factory buildings are spread across several blocks and form a mixed environment of old structures and new uses.

The complex was founded in 1897 as a spirits production facility and quickly became a major manufacturing center in eastern Warsaw. After factory operations ended, the site was gradually transformed into a mixed-use development with housing and retail.

The site shows how former factory spaces now serve everyday functions as people work, eat, and gather throughout the complex. The transformation of industrial buildings into homes and shops shapes how the neighborhood looks today and reflects how places can be reimagined for modern use.

The grounds are easy to walk through, with clear paths connecting different areas and many spots to rest. Parking and bicycle facilities are available if arriving by car or bike.

A museum dedicated to Polish vodka production history is located on the grounds, showing how traditional distillation worked. Visitors can learn about the techniques and culture surrounding this spirit.
