Our Lady of Perpetual Help church in Jurków

Our Lady of Perpetual Help is a wooden church with three naves, a transept, and a tower topped with a pyramidal roof. The interior features barrel vaulting decorated with colorful painted designs across its walls and ceilings.

The church was built in 1913 based on architect Jan Tarczałowicz's design. Artistic elements such as altars and decorations were added gradually over the following years.

The church is named after Mary and reflects how deeply this devotion is woven into local life. The painted walls and vaulted ceilings show the artistic traditions that shaped the community's faith expression.

Visitors are welcome to take photographs and film inside, though it is best to arrange your visit in advance. Contacting the local parish ahead of time ensures smooth access and shows respect for the active community using the space.

An organ from 1930 built by the Rieger workshop still sounds during services with its eight voices. A stone baptismal font carved with a dove symbol is a quiet reminder of the church's long relationship with its congregation.
