Jasień

Jasień is a mountain summit in the Beskid Wyspowy range standing at 1052 meters and crossed by several marked hiking trails. These paths wind through forests and mountain meadows, connecting different parts of the peak and allowing various route options.

The marked trails around this peak were established in the early 1900s when local mountaineering clubs created the first routes. This effort opened the mountain to visitors and helped develop hiking tourism in the region.

Local shepherds maintain traditional grazing practices on Jasień's slopes, continuing centuries-old agricultural methods of the region.

The main trailhead is located near the village of Półrzeczki, from where you can start your hike. Different routes take varying amounts of time depending on which path you choose and your pace.

From this summit you can see the neighboring peaks of Mogielica and Śnieżnica in the distance. This view makes it a natural spot for planning multi-peak hiking adventures across the range.
