Holy Trinity church in Żuromin

The Holy Trinity Church is a Baroque structure with horizontal rustication on its facades, giving the solid brick building a decorative appearance. Inside, three naves extend with a chancel and central passage, plus a wooden ceiling with plaster infill beneath the roof framing.

The building was completed in 1831 following Classicist principles, but in 1907 Baroque elements were added to the front facade. This later modification blended two different architectural styles into one structure.

The church holds an important place in the town's religious life and is regularly used by worshippers. Its location near the old market square makes it a recognizable point of reference in the local landscape.

The church is located at the edge of the old market square and is easy to reach, with a cemetery surrounded by deciduous trees flanking the site. Visitors can walk between graves under the trees and explore the peaceful setting of the grounds.

Unlike many other churches from this period, this one lacks a separate bell tower, giving its profile an unexpected appearance. The roof is instead supported by a complex system of beams and trusses reinforced with collar ties and queen posts.
