Podmokła, Hill and scenic viewpoint in Gmina Mirsk, Poland
Podmokła is a hill and natural viewpoint in the Gmina Mirsk area of south-west Poland, close to the Czech border, looking out over forested slopes and the distant peaks of the Izerskie Mountains. The hill is low and rounded, with gentle slopes and open views from the top.
The slopes of Podmokła were used for grazing and forestry over many centuries, with local communities relying on the land around it. The hill was never developed and has stayed in a natural state, which is why no buildings stand on it today.
