Baza Szkoleniowo-Wypoczynkowa „Lubogoszcz”, Mountain hut in Kasinka Mała, Poland.
Baza Szkoleniowo-Wypoczynkowa Lubogoszcz is a training and recreation facility consisting of three main buildings and sixteen camping houses set on a southwestern slope at 590 meters elevation. The complex provides a total of 97 beds in the main structures and 128 additional spaces in the camping accommodations.
The site was selected by the YMCA in 1924 following an aerial survey, with construction of wooden structures beginning in 1925 under support from the Polish Minister of War. These early origins established the foundation for its development into an organized training facility.
The facility functions as a training and recreation center for student groups, offering educational programs set in nature. It serves as a place where young people gather to participate in sports and outdoor activities.
The facility provides full meal service with four daily meals and complete amenities in the main buildings. Guests should be aware that the complex is situated on a mountain slope, so accessibility varies depending on which building they use.
Near the facility lies Żabie Oko, a rare pond in the mountain region that many visitors overlook. This water feature provides an unexpected natural element in the high landscape that guests can explore.
