Luboń Wielki, Mountain summit in Tenczyn, Poland.
Luboń Wielki rises to 1022 meters above sea level, forming the highest elevation point in the Małopolskie region of the Beskid Wyspowy mountain range.
During World War II, resistance fighters established a concealed dugout near Czarny Potok stream and temporarily used the mountain shelter for their operations.
The Polish Tourist and Sightseeing Society maintains a mountain shelter at the summit, providing accommodation and refreshments for travelers since its construction in 1931.
The red trail from Przełęcz Glisne to the summit covers 2.2 kilometers, with an ascent time of approximately 90 minutes through forest paths and rocky terrain.
The mountain houses the largest rocky debris field in the Beskids, protected within a nature reserve on its southeastern slope alongside rock formations called Dziurawe Turnie.
