Brewery in Sobótka

The Browar Sobótka-Górka operates in a stone building, producing beer through traditional bottom fermentation and natural maturation methods without additional CO2.

Founded in 1817, the brewery continued production until 1997, when three local residents decided to revive the facility using original recipes.

The brewery maintains connections with former employees who contribute their knowledge to preserve traditional beer-making techniques from the 1940s.

The facility produces different varieties of unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with sugar content levels of 10, 12, and 16 degrees through a two to three-month process.

A 75-year-old former employee helped recreate the pre-war beer recipe through smell and taste tests, ensuring authenticity in the brewing process.
