The Leon Allart Villa complex is a two-story mansion with neoclassical features, a gray facade, and decorative balconies supported by substantial columns. A French industrialist founded this textile production site in 1878 and built the mansion between 1879 and 1885 next to his factory. In the 1920s, a prominent architect renovated the property, adding Art Deco elements while respecting the original neoclassical design.

The complex features stained glass windows created locally in the 1920s that reflect the refined taste of the industrial owner and his family. These decorative elements remain visible throughout the property today, showing how wealth and artistic appreciation were woven into the home.
