The Reinhold Richter Villa stands at Skorupki Street 6/8, featuring architectural elements inspired by German and English design traditions from the early 1900s.
Built between 1903 and 1904 by architect Ignacy Stebelski, the villa belonged to the Richter family until World War II before becoming an educational institution.
The villa reflects the transformation of industrial Łódź, representing the architectural preferences of wealthy manufacturers during the city's economic growth period.
Currently functioning as the main office of the Lodz University of Technology rector, the villa requires advance arrangements for visits and tours.
The villa shares its park with a neighboring residence built by Reinhold's brother Joseph, creating an interconnected family estate within Bishop Michał Klepacz Park.
